Loop's new Opti Power Spey rod was recently voted 'Best in Test' in the 15ft rod review in the March 2010 edition of the Trout & Salmon magazine.

After a year of testing sample after sample Loop Tackle Design were finally pleased to introduce the brand new Opti Power Spey 14' #9 and 15' #10 rods to the market. Designed by Eoin Fairgrieve, these rods work equally well with short heads (typical for Underhand and Skagit casting) or longer spey lines. The tip recovery is extremely precise and the butt power never gives up.
